Settled near the blue shores of Lake Huron, the feel of the Lakehouse is “big beach meets quaint community”.

Whether you are a dedicated sunbather or like to sprinkle activities throughout your day, the Lakehouse has it all.

At the front of the lakehouse, there is a covered porch and lush grass for playing games. Out back, a sprawling sundeck with deep sand for building castles and playing shoes (horse, that is!).

There are lots of spaces to relax, hang out & have fun.

Enjoy a fire out front or back in the solo stove.

Less than one hundred meters from a beautiful, shallow, quiet 3 km beach.

There is a well-stocked corner store (Amberley - 5 mins away) for last-minute needs and a 15-minute drive to Kincardine (2 grocery stores, large LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Bulk Barn, Pet Valu, M&M Meats, and more). Stop and have a craft beer at Grey Matter Brewery or a famous caesar on the back patio overlooking the lake at The Bruce.

Beautiful and comfortable!

We (6 adults, a toddler and a puppy) had the best time! The cottage is inviting, beautifully decorated, and there are so many comfy hang out spots! The kitchen has everything you’d need - coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots/pans, cheese grater, mugs, wine glasses, pint glasses, and whatever else you want to drink out of. Bedrooms are private and the beds are actually comfy!!! All linens provided and extras available. Fans everywhere to keep air flowing. Dog leads so your pup can hang with you outside in front or back. Beer/storage shed with extra fridge and wine fridge for all your party drinks. My favourite part - the outdoor shower!! Come back from the beach and rinse off before dragging sand all over the house! Quick and direct communication from Allie & Jeff. Thanks so much for sharing your space with us. Would definitely come back!
