Absolutely amazing location and cabin. Quaint without feeling suffocating and close to things but feels remote. Such a wonderful place to recharge and spend the Thanksgiving holiday together as a family!

Great stay

Thank you from our family we had a great stay. Bryan was a great host and helped us make it warm and cozy when we got there. The beach was just a block away and it was great being able to go down and enjoy it whenever we wanted. We would definitely go back.

Point Clark Cottage

The cottage was a perfect spot and space for our 7 member family. The location was super close to beach and amenities. The cottage was spacious and cozy. The host, Bryan, is very organized, helpful and efficient with communication. We've been home three daysand the kids are asking to go back!

Charming cottage 2 min walk from Lake Huron

We loved the vibes of this cottage! A really cute place with firepit, bbq grill, and enough rooms to house our larger group. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, and the firepit was a hit with everyone. Also love the fact that it is so close to the beach, and we went to the lake everyday we were there. House rules are pretty standard and simple to follow. The owner Bryan, is also incredibly responsive and very communicative from the very beginning which makes the process so easy. Thank you Bryan! It was a pleasure for me and my group! We are definitely considering visiting again :)

Beautiful Location, but Needs Attention

This cottage has a lot of potential given its great location, which was peaceful and truly the highlight of our stay. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to a few key issues.The interior and exterior didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly — there was noticeable dust and cobweb buildup throughout the space. Only one fan was available for the entire home, which made it uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day. One of the stove burners also didn’t work, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response from the host when we reached out about it.With some extra care, maintenance, and more attentive communication, this place could be a much more enjoyable stay. As it stands now, it didn’t meet expectations.

Thank you for the feedback, and I apologize that you were not entirely happy with your stay. I have followed up with the cleaner to point out your areas of concern - to ensure that she does a better job before our next guests arrival. I have also replaced the stove burner that was broken, and will be looking into additional fans - as the cottage is not air conditioned. I am very happy you enjoyed the area, as it is our favourite place to be.

Enjoyed the location. Beach access and quality of the beach was very good. Quality BBQ. Lots of room at fire pit area. Cottage is spacious. Pride of ownership is evident. Good value. Host is accessible and communicative.
