Welcome to Our Cottage on Queen! Kincardine is known for their world famous sunsets, beautiful sandy beaches, and quaint downtown with lots of restaurants, local shops, and a brewery.

Cottage was fully renovated top to bottom within 2023-2024!
5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; accommodates 12 guests comfortably
Distance to Beach: 400m (3min walk)

Deluxe amenities can be found throughout the cottage including:
- Wifi High Speed
-Smart TV
-Central Air
- All bedrooms include fresh linen, duvet, pillows and bath towels, and face cloths (and additional beach towels)
- Variety of cooking appliances, and a coffee bar with options to use the Keurig coffee machine, coffee brewer, coffee grinder and milk frother. Coffee pods, coffee beans, selection of teas, with sugar and sweetener and cooking condiments available for guests to use.
- Toiletries provided: dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, kitchen towels and dishcloths, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sunscreen, aloe etc.)
-Kitchen fully stocked with: dishwasher, electric range oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine and coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, food processor, new cook-set, new dinnerware, and utensils.

- Enjoy the several Beach Floaties (x6) and Yard/Beach Games available for your use.
- BBQ available with an outdoor dining patio set for your enjoyment.

Every Saturday night, join in the famous Kincardine BagPipe Band Parade marching along main street, a town staple occurring for over 115 years! Enjoy free live music in downtown Kincardine every Sunday (plus lots of additional dates). Lots of local hiking trails (including the beach boardwalk).

Family Funland 2 min drive (Rustic little amusement park with: mini golf, driving range, and go-karts).

Kincardine Golf Course can be reached with a 5min drive. Ainsdale Golf Course is 5min drive.

The hosts were great! They replied promptly to any inqueries we had. The property was very well stocked with amenities and supplies. We particularly enjoyed the walking trail along Lake Huron. Access to the trail was just a couple of minute walk down the street. We highly recommend this property!

This cottage was perfect for my family with little children. It was immaculate when we checked in. The beds were very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms worked perfectly. So nice to have a check in gift of wine and sparking juice for the children. Very close to the beach, we used the wagon that was at the cottage to get everything down to the beach. Great communication with the owner.

We enjoyed our week long vacation with our extended family including our senior parents. This cottage is beautiful, clean, airy with comfortable beds. The beach was only a 3 minute walk and was just beautiful. We enjoyed so many sunsets that week! Kincardine has some really unique shops. Janine and Conrad were super hosts. Neves and Fritz family :)

Great place for families

Enjoyed my stay with my family and friends. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and modern. Lots of rooms with comfortable beds. Fully renovated and nicely equipped with all appliances, good a/c and wifi etc., We had all the amenities to make us feel at home. Easy walk to the beach and into town. The dinning area in kitchen is a bit small and the sitting area is blocked by the stairs. But the deck gives us more room while weather is good mostly.

Lovely Vacation Home.

We enjoyed a mini family vacation, the home is fully stocked and then some, pillows are super comfy as well as bedding, Kitchen is full of everything. Close to everything, we parked our car and walked everywhere, Beach, Downtown, etc. our only thing was if you have little kids maybe bring some plastic cups ,bowls etc. We will absolutely be back. The attention to detail to make sure you enjoy your holiday is second to none.

Wedding trip

The house was beautiful and lots of added touches to make your stay enjoyable. The purpose of the trip was for my daughter’s wedding, so we had a house full. My only complaint would be the beds. Our frame kept dipping in and wasn’t comfortable until my husband added something to help it. Everyone said their beds weren’t the best. I would still return to the property if I should happen to be back in the area.

Greatly appreciate that Dustee. Also very helpful to hear of the experience with the beds. We have since replaced the bed frames this week in the main two bedrooms (to prevent that issue in future). Would also encourage guests to remove the memory foam toppers if looking for a more firm mattress.

The property was just as advertised. I neglected to realize that the master bedroom was upstairs (my husband at 84 was terrified he would fall, thus I needed to constantly be helping him. I signed the guest book saying we appreciated all the extras you provided- a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we never got to enjoy the back yard which I would have enjoyed. It was so hot on Monday, neither of us wanted to venture out. My only frustrarion was the television but my son understood it and I did get one show on Utube. I won't pay for tv shows - sorry

Glad you enjoyed your stay. In terms of the tv, it is a smart TV that we provide access to Amazon Prime for our guests. Guests also have access to sign in to their own Netflix and every other streaming platform. There is also an app provided with free TV shows and Movies. — wish we had known of this during your stay to provide some extra enjoyment.
