Is there anything more peaceful than waking up to the breeze and sound of the waves? This house is located directly on the Ocean in the charming community of Santa Marianita; a 15 minute drive to the busy town of Manta, which has all of the modern services, restaurants and shops you can ask for.

If you spend more than a week in Santa Marianita, the community of expats from Canada and the US will greet you with open arms… in fact, if you’re not careful, you’ll be out socializing every evening!

The large town of Manta with some of the best restaurants on the Ecuadorian coast, a huge shopping mall, and a grocery store that easily competes with our superstores is only a 15 minute drive away…

The price of the house is reflective of the fact that the gated community is still under construction, the drive-way is not yet fully landscaped but the house itself if finished and fully functional.

During my first visit to Santa Marianita I fell in love with the house and the area.
I bought the house last year in anticipation of my hopefully upcoming semi retirement, and am happy to share it with people who will appreciate it as much I as do.
