Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the place good and quiet during your stay. Regarding the laundry, we’d like to clarify that it is not included, and this is clearly stated in the listing under what’s included and what’s not. We always strive to provide accurate details so guests can plan their stay accordingly. We appreciate your visit and wish you all the best in your future travels!
Central location (near transcanada hwy) made for easy driving. Good parking area (off street). Two bedrooms with large sitting/eating area was perfect for two of us. Wifi, TV, appliances: just like home!
Just north of down town vancouver, this quaint basement suite has everything you need for a nice homely stay. Very close to transit, with a bueatiful wooded back yard. Host was super helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns we might have had!

Thanks Joaquin, it was very great to host you and your friend. We would love to host you again
Booked last minute due to a mix up with another property. Host was quick to respond, helping us out of a jam. A bit chilly, but space heater was available to warm up the common area. Rooms were adequate. Looks great in the photos, however could use a good cleaning - some plastic cups in the cupboard had something growing in them. Would benefit from some small minor repairs. Location is okay, plan for short drives for access to shops/restaurants. Perfect if you’re planning to take in the sights in North Van and just need a place to sleep.
Would help to state on site that it is not suitable for those with mobility issue . Not a complaint- bathroom and entry are not handicap friendly. But our stay was a great one otherwise. Most VRBOs are not either. Good contact with host and convenient to highway . We stayed prior to a cruise
Great place to stay and access mountains, my only complaint would be not being able to figure out the TV/cable and there was no charging ports/cables which would have been helpful. Otherwise would definitely return.
This home had all the basic necessities for our stay and Gurjot communicated everything well. It is clean but some areas in the space is a little bit old looking. It didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the time and just came home to sleep. It’s definitely a fair price for what we got and thankful that the beds were comfy!
The room was a basement under the primary residence. So hearing things like footsteps and dishes were there, luckily ended about bedtime. It was the ideal location for us, we appreciate nature. There was a trail head at the end of the driveway near the stay, and the green necklace was a park just down the road from the room.
We had good communication and all slept very well.
This is a great little place if you don’t need much and just need a decent bed to sleep in and crash for the evening. The couch isn’t very comfortable, definitely not for relaxing and watching a movie. Beds were okay and we all slept well, but the pillows are very thin, just fyi if that’s not your thing. Definitely a bit noisy in the mornings as other reviewers said, but with a sound machine and ear plugs it wasn’t unbearable. A great little neighborhood and close to the highway. The host and his family seemed very lovely and had great communication the whole time.
Very clean and well kept. Very accessible to North Vancouver and all its attractions in all directions. The basement suite with private entrance, was roomy with two separate bedrooms and open concept kitchen-dining- living area. The suite was equipped with everything we needed. A forested park provides a buffer between the Trans Canada highway and the vacation rental. You can hear the traffic but having a park with a walking trail next door was a bonus. Owners were very approachable and provided us with extra k-cups for the coffee-maker. All in all, a decent moderately priced accommodation to spend a few nights.
