Master bedroom on the third floor has a queen bed and the middle bedroom has x2 single beds with separate bathroom.Full sized kitchen with all the modern appliances free to use while staying. Also a washing machine and dryer combination - free of charge located in the home.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Modern apartment living great location

Lovely property with modern amenities. Rooms were spacious, we weren’t prepared for 3 levels and the close proximity of neighbours. Easy walk to city centte and cafes.

Living in Christchurch

My husband and I rented this townhouse for one month from late January to late February. The townhouse was well cared for; clean, great bedding, all the kitchen and bath necessities were on hand. The clothes washer was great and there was a clothes line just out from the kitchen door to hang our clothes. The location of the townhouse to the CBD was very good for us. We are walkers and enjoyed walking the approximate 1 mile to get to the CBD, the Botanic Garden, good restaurants and Bus Station. We did not rent a car while in CCh. We found the city buses were easy to access. The busses were clean and the drivers so friendly and helpful. There were 2 nearby grocery stores, each about a mile from the townhouse. We found plenty of ways to conveniently spend our time both in and out of CCh. We met spent time and enjoyed some of the people who live permanently in the townhouse complex. We love going out for coffee every morning and found some wonderful coffee roasters within a couple of blocks of the townhouse. All in all we were and are very satisfied with our stay.
