First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. A sofa bed is located in the living area, allowing a 5th guest to stay - Extra linen fee will apply for sofa bed linen. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
