The property is well located, only 22min walk to main beach, or a 5 minute quick Uber ride to the town and the best of Byron Beaches. 14 minute walk to Woolworths, 7 minute walk to Bay Grocer.

Please note the Bungalow has no cooking facilities, hotel style facilities only. There is AC, SmartTV (no free to air channels), fridge/freezer, kettle.

There are 4 properties in total on the block. With the exception of the shared laundry you will enjoy little or no guest interaction.
