We loved our stay in Jamestown! The house was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view of the Newport Bridge—especially at sunset. It was peaceful and quiet, but just a quick drive to Newport. The host was responsive and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—we’d definitely come back!---
Property was as described, but it was a bit dated and could grounds and property could use some maintenance. The lights were a dated style and the bulbs did not matching in brightness in several locations, even when they were on the same switch. Additionally, the bathrooms and closet could use a deep clean as they were dusty. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Very beautiful area to explore
The check in procedure was not explained correctly...we had to make a call and go to a different location to check in and then back. This could be extremely annoying had we arrived later at night. Everything else was great!
We enjoyed staying here. It is super close to the Pell Bridge so it was easy to get to Newport and surrounding spots. This unit doesn't face the water directly, but walking out to the parking lot allowed us to take in the sunrise. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closets and drawers if you need them and plenty of electric outlets. The dining table was extra large so six people would be comfortable sitting together. There are basics in the kitchen, but if you plan to do a lot of prep/cooking, you might want to bring your own sharper cutlery, salt/pepper and foil or storage bags for leftovers. I gave the "accuracy of listing" four stars instead of five because I think the pictures are of a different unit in this complex, not this exact unit. Also, from the pictures, you can tell it is a two-story unit, but the description of the listing doesn't say that the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor. Overall, we liked staying here.
