Brand New 2 BR Suite Located Near YYC Airport

Enjoy your stay in this newly built basement surrounded by a quite, peaceful, and friendly neighbourhood.

You will be welcomed into a spacious 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom area. Each bedroom will be set up with new and modern furniture as well as brand new mattresses.

Located in NE Calgary, with the airport just 8 minutes away and many more essential amenities a convenient 3 minute walk away!

The space
Recreation Room
-A cozy living space with a 65" Qled Samsung smart TV accompanied by a Klipsch soundbar system. Enjoy your favourite streaming platforms such as Netflix and Crave (will be complementary for your entertainment needs) while relaxing on a comfy couch.
-A beautiful open kitchen embedded in this recreation room with a full set of appliances (Tea kettle, toaster, Air Fryer, microwave, refrigerator) and other necessities like plates, cups, glasses, utensils, and cleaning tools/supplies.

Bedrooms
-Spacious bedrooms each with one comfortable Queen sized bed (2 beds in total) and fresh bedding to remind you of home. One bedroom has a toddlers crib (currently no guard rails)
-Each bedroom has a nightstand and useable hangers. One bed room includes a built in headboard light and another with a night lamp.
-Extra linen will be provided upon request.

Bathroom
-Includes fresh hand towels and bath towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, and other set of toiletries.

Great Stay

The property was just as described. Very clean and cozy; in a quiet neighbourhood with no shortage of places to eat, especially if you enjoy Indian cuisine :) The location is also not too far from stores, the zoo, science centre, and C-train if you need/want to take it. And even though it's also close to the airport, it's still not noisy. The toddler bed was a nice touch and very useful for us. Abdullah was very quick and polite with his responses. I'll note that the family does live upstairs, so you can expect to hear some movement above you; but it certainly wasn't disruptive. We definitely enjoyed our stay; thank you, Abdullah!

The suite was exactly as described and very clean. Abdullah was great at communicating and very responsive. I loved that there was a toddler bed for my son so I didn't have to bring something from home. A pleasent surprise was there are quite a few playgrounds within walking distance.
