This 2 storey townhouse comes with an open day Living, Dining and outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, with a northwest facing courtyard for the beautiful afternoon sun. Heading upstairs to the 1st floor you will find a full sized bathroom - Tiled shower, bidet toilet and vanity. Next you will enter a beautifully designed bedroom with spacious Queen sized bed.
Should you wish to eat in during your stay the property comes with a fully equipped Kitchen for you use, A washing machine and dryer combination unit is also provided for use in the home, free of charge.
Street only parking, this property dosen't come with any allocated parking.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

Great Place, Great Location

Property was exactly as listed and photographed, well appointed with everything you would want in a secure, warm and quiet location in the heart of the city. Only a block from the new bus terminal (we used our Gold Cards on the bus to and from the airport). Could walk to everything in the central city within10-15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy property. Nice welcome, with both the heat pump and lights on. The bedroom doesn't have blackout blinds so if you're sensitive to light remember to pack an eye mask ;0). We had a car, and finding a park nearby was quite difficult. There are a few eateries nearby which is handy, but also quite a lot of street noise on the Friday and Saturday nights - particularly from the bar next door (but not too bad after midnight).
