The house was beautiful- exactly as pictured and very clean. With a few tweaks, I would rate it as excellent- instructions regarding the tv would be helpful, more than 1 bath towel per person and 1 kitchen towel and a few afghans to cuddle up under while watching tv to name a few.

An excellent place to stay.

Home was very nice, though we spent very little time there with the exception of sleeping it was a quite nice spot to stay, quiet community, easy access into and out of. Masters bed left me and my partner a little sore but its the only complaint I could make since everything else was so nice.

Property was perfect for what we needed it for. We were attending my son’s wedding. The only issue was that we needed to be in the rental at the 4pm check in time but were not sent the code for the door until after 4pm making us late for the rehearsal dinner. Other than that it was clean, spacious and met all of our needs.

Great location, sleeps 7 adults comfortably. We enjoyed the bbq and patio after a long day at the SOCS cornhole tournament. The owner gracious offered a later checkout if we needed it. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent cleanliness. However, many Nino issues, taken together, made my review go to 3 stars versus 5 1) despite requesting texted communication the host relied on the app. I do not travel with data and I had to buy data, make an account, etc to access the home. 2) the home wasn’t ready on time, but this was only a 30 minute delay. 3) bedding for the children’s area/pull out was delivered well after the kid’s bed time and only upon request, though the host knew we were a party of 5. 4) the bbq was inoperable. We fixed it for the homeowner (buying parts). We were compensated for the parts but we still had to do a store trip and borrow propane from the neighbours to cook our planned food. 5) the backyard grass was nearing knee high. Taken together this resulted in the only negative review I’ve given in almost 100 vrbo type experiences. I’m sure this will be as it’s intended - instructive to the host to do better. It’s certainly 5 star potential.
