Welcome to Arctic Avenue House a spacious two-story four-bedroom house about 3 blocks from the beach. Amazing 3400 Sqf perfect for the family vacation. The house has first floor big living room that has a Queen sleeper sofa, with bedroom and a full bathroom, a nice laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Up the stairs is the lovely bright and remodel second floor with a beach'y living room decor, nice and open kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and corian counter top, dinning room . The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
This property offers a fully stocked remodeled kitchen . The living room on the second floor has two couches and beautiful beach decor. There is also a second living room on the first floor.
