Great Holidays

Loved it. It was just down the street from Ma' Dukes we got to spend time with family for the holidays and it wasn't to high that I was broke afterwards. Loved it! Will be looking forward to staying again.

Great location

Conveniently located, walked to the local grocery store, as well as shops, restaurants, bars in downtown Gadsden. 10 min drives to hospital, mall, and more restaurants and shopping.Did have a sink back up with quick response from hosts/manager. My only issue was that I waited over an hour for maintenance to clean up the waste water on the floor and in the sink (he never came back) and one of the managers/hosts had to address it and I ended up having to clean the sink myself. Yuck.Also, one of the elevators had an expired inspection certificate- only mention because they were a little rickety.Otherwise, overall was clean, quiet, convenient, with easy check-in/check-out, with good response from friendly management when needed. Would stay again.

Great Budget friendly option

This place was clean and peaceful, and great place to sleep. Loved the view of the foothills from the studio window. You are on the top floor. I looked up the history of the building, because some of the orginal parts of the building is still present like the sign on top of the elevators, original intercom system, and the old heater system in the bathroom. It give it charm in a good way If i had anything negative to say is that it needs another chair for your spouse. But we managed. We took turns sitting in the one chair when we were eating. Another thing is even tho the Ac got cold, I feel that a ceiling or a stand up fan would of made this place perfect, to keep the cold air flowing around the room. I get hot easy so I like it super cold. I would definitely book again if i come back to the area. Its a cute studio apartment. Super clean! Host was pleasant and quick to respondLoved how quiet it was in the neighborhood! You are not far from places to eat or shop. On the dresser there is a binder telling you all the places and shopping place around, I appreciated that. Loved reading the guest book from other travelers. Your within minutes to Noccalula Falls and 15 minutes from Alabama International Dragway if your heading this way for the races. Overall great place and fair price. Definitely would book again!
