Dunbar Court Unit 8 - Bring your own linen

Situated on the first floor in the heart of town, this unit is walking distance to the beach and all amenities. Although there is only 2 bedrooms, this property will sleep 6 guests. It boasts an open plan living and dining area and has a fully equipped kitchen. Other features include air conditioning and Wi-fi. There is a small balcony at the front of the unit where you can enjoy the ocean breeze.

Dunbar Court has a shared fully equipped laundry for guests to use.

This unit is at the back of the complex, just park your car and walk to Main beach, town centre or the country club.

Please Note: 'Dunbar Court Unit 8' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
