The spacious living and dining area flows seamlessly onto your large private alfresco area. Enjoy outdoor living with family and friends or wash off from your day at the beach in your own plunge pool.
The modern kitchen has Smeg appliances, gas cooktop, large pantry, double door fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar.
Your luxurious master suite is located on the ground floor featuring a Queen size bed, ducted air conditioning, ensuite and direct access outside.
Upstairs you will find a second living space with views of Mt Warning & complete with another lounge suite that can be used as a sofa bed, smart TV, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fan. (If you require linen for the sofa bed please let our team know)
Bedroom 2 features a Double size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom 3 consists of two Single size beds, ceiling fan and built in robe.
