Amazing stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It’s so close to everything we were doing on the lake and in town. The place was clean and very homey! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Cabin was perfect for our stay. We had 4 fisherman with 4 vehicles and 2 boats and had room to park. Plenty of beds and privacy and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Owners were very accommodating and we had great communication with them. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin!

This cabin is conveniently located and has all the amenities needed to have a nice, relaxing stay out in the middle of nature. The host is very sweet and attentive if anything is needed or to make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay! Highly recommend! We will be staying there again!

Comfortable modernized historic cabin

The cabin is roomy, clean, well stocked, adorable, in a very good location with ample parking. The communication with the owners was flawless. Next time any of us are staying in this area we will stay here again if it is available.

Comfy cabin

We had a great time staying and the Kentucky cabin. The family room space was large and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and was also ample in size. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck, which had a beautiful and peaceful view. We look forward to returning to this cabin.

Excellent Stay

This cabin was exactly the getaway that we needed. We come to Kentucky to visit children and grandkids and great grandchildren. This home was large enough to hold us all with a lot of area to Rome and check out the cabin was clean, neat and tidy, and we also got to meet the housekeeper, that was exceptionally welcoming and understood our earlier arrival and invited us in. I can’t say enough nice pleasant word to describe this cabin. It was just absolutely perfect and fully start with all the needs that she would need. I will be booking this again when we come to Kentucky in a few months .

Nice, but....

The cabin is cute. Most of the essentials are provided. It needs some structural repairs, such as the front porch has boards that are rotted. Back deck needs to be refinished.

Could probably use a little maintenance work. There were a few minor things that we noticed while we were there like the main door had to be lifted to get the deadbolt to lock. I had to buy an allen wrench to reattach the handle to the storm door because the set screw wasnt tightened all the way. But overall it was pretty good. The family had a great time and we loved the location.

Listing was spot on accurate! Great cabin and location!! My only issue was lack of communication with owner/management team. I sent numerous texts via “contact host” link and never heard back. Although my texts were not emergency, wondering what guests would do if they had an extreme issue?

Peaceful Cabin

Our family was very comfortable staying in this log cabin. The family room was especially spacious and offered plenty of comfy seating. The kitchen was quite large and had all the necessary cookware. Coffee and a granola bars were a nice touch. The outdoor deck was elevated nicely and had plenty of outdoor seating. We enjoyed listening to the birdsong while drinking our morning coffee on the deck. Note that all bedrooms are located on the lower level down a set of stairs off the first floor living space. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.
