If you don’t mind sheets that do t fit the bed, pillow cases that are wrong size, 4 forks, no glassware, a sofa that smells like BO, uncomfortable setting…you’ll be fine.

Hi Karen, We’re disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the experience or the communication during your stay. You stayed with us for nearly a month, and throughout that time we remained responsive and proactively checked in. At no point during your stay were concerns raised regarding the bedding, sofa, or overall comfort. These issues were only mentioned after your departure, which did not give us any opportunity to address or resolve them in real time . Regarding glassware, this is intentionally not provided and is clearly disclosed due to strict community safety rules following prior incidents. When this was brought up early in your stay, we explained the reason and offered alternative options. When you requested additional utensils and towels, we responded promptly, offered to deliver more items, and even provided reimbursement when you chose to purchase them yourself. Following your check-out, our team conducted a full inspection. The bedding was properly fitted, and no odor was detected on the sofa. Additionally, we have not received similar feedback from any other guests. Given the above, we believe this review is unfair and not warranted, especially considering the lack of communication about these concerns during your stay and the efforts made to accommodate your requests. The apartment is lovely, with a spiral staircase leading up to the roof top. Sitting in the sun was so inviting. Communication was quick, anytime there was a question. An issue arose and the property owner took care of it immediately. Instructions to get into the apartment was easy to follow. But it is not sent to you until 15 mins before check in. I would stay here again.

Great Kierland Location

Great location for shopping and dining at Kierland Commons. Unit was exactly as described. Building itself is somewhat difficult to navigate, especially when coming from outside and not the parking garage. Overall very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier. We were looking for proximity close to West World and it provided that as well as a prime location close to many other great things to do.The property itself was perfect, and everything needed for our stay was provided. Kitchen is adequately supplied for all basic needs. The unit itself was very clean and in perfect condition. Communication with the host was prompt and highly effective communication. Without proper documentation the check in procedure would have been a bit tricky but they made it clear and simple.The only critique I have is of the property itself and not this specific location. There is no sign saying which units are which way when you exit the elevator so we went on a fairly large tour of the building the first time we tried to find our unit. Maybe a map with the location with the check-in instructions could help alleviate that.Regardless, still easily a 5 star review from me, and the next time we need to stay in this area, this will be the first option!

It was my first time using vrbo & my experience was pretty well. Host was quick with response time. I didn’t like that we didn’t know there was a camera on the rooftop balcony… i appreciated the extra trash bags, paper towels & laundry pods for my use. Amenities all work as listed also. Pool is super cute & quiet . Coffee is impeccable in the courtroom! Instructions for check in/ check out were quite long & come with a lot of rules but i like the security and idea & standards. Would recommend and visit again :)
