The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.
No smoking of any kind - Quiet time strictly enforced 8pm to 10am - Security deposit hold of $100 is required. 1 night stays are not allowed.

Check in par says was not great. We got the instructions at 3:45. We were at the location at that time. Husband went down to get the keys out of the lock box in the basement and they weren’t there. Took a while for the property manager to realize that the cleaner was still there. Wait about another 15 minutes for him to come down and get us and take us up to the room then he had to finish cleaning. So it was over an hour from the time we got our instructions until we were actually in our unit.

The location was perfect! It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops. The condo was the perfect size for my family of three for a weekend. It had everything we needed to make a few meals at home. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The gym was great and had a lot of equipment. The hosts were very proactive with information and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We picked this place because of the location. . Wouldn’t stay here again, bed was uncomfortable and the nail strip on the carpet was sticking up from the threshold between kitchen and bedroom. The carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that no issues.
