Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the upper suite of this newly built home, nestled in the hill side of Shannon Lake Heights. This is a family friendly property offering an outdoor entertaining space including a salt water hot tub, dining area, gas fire pit and cozy sectional, as well as a BBQ and Traeger smoker.

Inside, you’ll find an gorgeous open concept kitchen and living room, featuring a large island with bar stools, as well as beer fridge and top of the line Saeco espresso machine. Off the living room, curl up on the front covered porch featuring a large sectional and electric heaters to keep warm.

The master bedrooms features a king bed, with beautiful ensuite bathroom with tub and rain shower. This room also has an additional queen murphy cabinet bed if needed. Down the hall, you’ll find an additional bathroom with full tub, bedroom with double over double bunkbed and a single pull out trundle, and another bedroom featuring a queen daybed with a single pull out trundle.

Downstairs, you’ll have access to the laundry room with front loader washer and dryers, as well as an office space which can also be converted to a bedroom with a queen murphy cabinet bed.

This property is close to two golf courses, several wineries, and a short drive to beach. Your host will be happy to make recommendations on places in the area to check out and provide full details.

Home Away From Home

Perfect home base for our week exploring Kelowna! Started our days together in the kitchen & on front balcony watching the sun, ended the days relaxing in backyard under the stars. Kerry has thought of so many little details, made such a difference. It was a wonderful home away from home!

Family Vacation

Very clean and well equipped vacation rental. Convenient central location for excursions to Peachland and/or Kelowna waterfront, Knox Mountain, Kangaroo Farm, the airport etc. Short drive to grocery stores, Kalamoir Park (beautiful views) and local boutique wineries (Off the Grid, The Gallery etc). The huge sectional in the living room as well as the outdoor spaces including the hot tub were a real hit. Would definitely book again. Kerry the host was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful, clean l home

We had a great time at this VRBO! It was so clean and clutter free. The host was very reachable, although there were no issues. The hot tub was an awesome added touch. We loved how large the kitchen, dining room, and living room were. Bedrooms were perfect and slept all 7 adults, 3 toddlers, and 1 infant! Tons of kids books. We loved the outdoor spaces as well. Totally would stay again!
