About this property

Our Farm Stay in beautiful Robin Hill in Bathurst is the perfect place for a large group to get together and experience the lovely country side in the Central West. This property can sleep up to 30 people without it ever feeling too crowded. We have horses, ponies, goats, chicken, cows and sheep on the property.
From the balcony you can just see the lights in Bathurst at night. The darkness makes this place ideal for stargazing on a clear night or music around an outdoor fire. With a newly renovated pool room and in January 2024, we launch the ultimate outdoor alfresco with a swim spa.

About the host

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 beautiful children. We have lived in Bathurst for many years and this is the perfect place to raise our children. We love the country life, so much to do. We now have 5 acres of land and we have ponies, horses and sheep. We will also want to get some chickens that can roam around free range. We like to travel and we thought it would be perfect to rent out our little Farm stay while we are away.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique opportunity to gather a large group of people in the same space. Perfect for a family reunion or a hens party or a wedding party. The Main house and Granny flat can sleep a total of 30 people, in 7 bedrooms. We have 2 Family rooms, ideal for parents with young children. There is 4 full bathrooms and 2 laundries. You will not find a property like this anywhere in the Central West.

What makes this property unique

We have 2 ponies, 2 horses and sheep. We can arrange pony rides on our Shetland pony, advanced bookings crucial. We can also offer baby sitting by a qualified child care worker and designated driver ( same person so can only be booked for one service), advanced bookings required as well.
We can set up the arena for a Hobby Horse race, you can play basketball, soccer, badminton, ping pong and pool. You will not be bored during your stay! Netflix is available on the main TV in the TV room. The kids will love the secret play room in the basement, with an array of toys, books and games available. There is a TV there as well and you can bring your own game console and plug it in.
The house is double story with a large veranda upstairs and a covered patio downstairs. The Granny flat, which can sleep up to 9 people, is separate from the Main house and has a full kitchen and bathroom. It also has a separate outdoor area at the back which provides a perfect hiding spot if you need a little break. This area has a fire pit as well.
Next to the Granny flat we have a little play area for kids, with a sand pit and a cubby house, swings and a slide.
