The 2storey modern & spacious family home is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Located next to a water reserve, enjoy scenic river & bush walks, fishing, boating, SUP & kayaking, all from the safe & fully fenced big backyard. Boat ramp & pontoon are within 300 metres, for access to Lake Conjola. There's even a half BASKETBALL & PICKLE BALL court in the park nearby.

Wake to the birdsong and see fish jumping in the river, while relaxing with a cuppa on the northeast facing big balcony.
2 Kayaks & a surfski are free to use with life jackets provided for 3 adults + 1 child.

Fishermans Paradise is a small village next to Lake Conjola & Conjola Creek. Just 2 klms off the Princes Highway and 10 mins drive from Lake Conjola town, historic Milton & beaches at Bendalong,Manyana, Mollymook, & Narrawallee. Travel a little further south along the Highway to enjoy & explore the harbour town of Ulludulla & popular Burill Lake.

There are so many options to explore with restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, pubs & wineries at nearby Milton and Ulludulla, then escape back to Fishermans Paradise for peace and quiet by the river.
