We stayed at the the river house to be close to family in the area. It was just right for our needs. Lots of space to spread out and play games. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked for our meal prep.

Relaxing Weekend in the Cozy Cabin

We were gifted a two night stay in this cabin along the Rock River by our family. It was a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The cabin was very clean and decorated with a cabin feel. The view of the river from the living room and one of the bedrooms was an added treat. The neighborhood was quiet. We spent a lot of time in the shaded yard along the river, watching the river activity and enjoying nature. My husband was able to fish from the yard. There is river access if desired. You can tell it is important to the hosts that a stay here is worry free. The extra care for the guests comfort is evident. Lots of special touches throughout the cabin.
