Situated near the beach, this cottage is within a 10-minute walk of Pippi Beach and Yamba Beach. South Head Park and Convent Beach are also within 5 minutes.
The property also features three bedrooms with the main living area having an open plan wall which gives you the feeling of space and not being enclosed between four walls and allows the natural sea breeze to flow through, there is also a ceiling fan and new installed air conditioner( Dec 2022)
The view is fantastic - just sit on the deck with your favourite drink and soak up the view.
Outdoor furiture and bbq make it a must stay for all the family and your favourite Pet.
