Local beaches feature a mix of salt and fresh water options. The mid-Cape highway is under a ten minute drive away, giving you easy access to all that Cape Cod has to offer. Day trips to different towns and beaches will be a breeze!
The home has a bright and updated main level featuring the kitchen / dining / living areas and a half bathroom. Direct access to the deck from the kitchen will make dining alfresco a must. The upper level has the three bedrooms: 2 w/ queen beds and 1 w/ two single beds, as well as a full bathroom. Wall mounted ductless AC units throughout will ensure that everyone remains comfortable during your stay. July 4th Stay - Family Getaway

Our stay was five stars.. The house was recently renovated, had A/C Splits in every room, updated appliances, and was in the perfect area to really navigate all around the cape - while having the convenience of stores, restaurants, gas, etc within 5 minutes of the property. Adam and his team were great at getting us booked in, kept solid communication, and ensured we had a positive experience.. I highly recommend this property as a place to call your home base for exploring the cape.
