Self contained in-law 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment over the ground floor garage of the main house with a separate exterior staircase entrance. Has sunny and open common spaces with cozy bedrooms overlooking a forest view. The kitchen diner is equipped with plates/cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink and hot plate cooker, however, it doesn't have an installed oven. Additionally it has AC, smart TV, wifi, and allocated parking.

Activities
The location is a 5 min walk from the Kingman’s Yacht Marina and within easy reach of the many local beaches (Old Silver Beach, Monument Beach, etc)

It is a 2 min walk to Red Brook Pond where you can fish and kayak. Additionally to the forest trails near the pond, there are other biking/walking routes within a 5 min drive to both the parkings of the Cape Cod Canal Bike Path and the Shining Sea Bikeway (North Falmouth biking path).

For food: the apartment is within walking distance from the Chartroom (ocean view), a short drive to the Lobster Trap and the Courtyard. Additionally, this location is a 15 min drive to everything Falmouth can offer.

Cozy, clean and located in a quiet area. Close to restaurants, not too far off the main road.

It was extremely easy and the hosts were very responsive.

Lovely Cape Cod Hideaway

Clean and comfortable. Tucked away and private but still close to Falmouth and lots of good restaurants. Pleasant and friendly owner.

New property- nice

Great “new” property! Maybe an extra fan even though it had ac one room was quite warmer than the other. For the amount of time we were in the property- it was perfect for what we needed. Owner was accommodating. Would probably stay again!
