We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the owners. The "deer food" was a fantastic touch, and we enjoyed feeding the wildlife. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A rave review
It was a very beautiful and accommodating stay! Everything you can think of was available and the deer corn was an added surprise for the morning visitors.
Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The only thing we couldn’t find was a toaster. Not a great outdoor space but we were on the water while we were there. Great overall place with plenty of bedding, pillows and blankets. We shared with another family and had plenty of room.
We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made everything so easy. The location was quiet and peaceful—about a 20-minute drive to Eureka Springs, but far enough away to truly unwind.The community amenities were a bonus—pool, golf course, pickleball, tennis—you name it! One of the highlights was getting to feed the deer, including a few adorable fawns. Such a special experience.Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!
This was a perfect place to stay with kids. The room with the gaming system and kids area was perfect. Feeding the deer off the balcony was great. The little snacks were. A sweet surprise.
We would come back to stayagain.

Great stay right on the island.
My family went here for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place was relaxing! We fed the deer with complimentary deer corn and my two year old loved it! We took a less than 2 minute ride to Holiday Island Marina and my daughter caught her first fish. We hung out at Eureka Springs close by and went back to relax. Everything was close and it needed to be for her nap time! Whether sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning, being close to some great things to do, or playing one of many board games downstairs, this place is one that my family will continue to come back to. It was a memory maker trip!

Sorry not a 5 as instructed!
Keep your shoes on! Floors dirty. Huge stains on carpet. Contact said stains were there when they purchased the townhome a year or so ago. Kitchen sink was dirty had to clean before use. Disappointed that other reviews didn’t reflect the real condition of the rental. Lots of knickknacks! I want clean and comfortable not a bunch of stuff I need to move out of the way. Older unit that needs TLC, weird smell (musty damp) upon entering. The best looking bedrooms and jetted tub bathroom is downstairs which we didn’t use since it was away from entry, kitchen and living room areas. Tiny tiny bathroom upstairs. Didn’t use deck due to rain while there. Would I rent here again, no! Contact is owner so don’t expect remedy’s only passing buck. There were other things but I think you get the picture.
