Très bon séjour familial dans cette maison à 50 pas de la plage ( une route à traverser) environ à 2kms500 de la Marina et vers le site incontournable de la Pointe des châteaux .Maison très spacieuse avec jardin. Cuisine agréable malheureusement avec beaucoup de fourmis .Communication facile avec Philippe. Bons conseils pour les langoustes

Nous avons apprécié la situation de la villa et la plage…La coulée) On a observé qu’un petit rafraîchissement de l’équipement pour la cuisine ( poêlon et chaudron désuet d’ustensiles… seraient appropriés un peu plus de linge à vaisselle et serviettes le serait également Mais vraiment minimes comme manquement..Cela ne nous a pas empêché d’apprécier notre séjour!!! Endroit idéal pour la plage( on traverse la rue et hop dans la mer). N’oubliez pas de louer une voiture car la villa est située est à 2.5km du centré ville

Maison vaste, spacieuse, juste à côté d une plage et de la superbe pointe des châteaux! Propriétaire agréable et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! 2 petites suggestions pour parfaire encore plus le lieu : ajouter des chaises longues et prévoir un petit classeur avec des dépliants sur les sites touristiques à voir dans les environs !

Très belle villa bien située aux abords du golf de Saint-Fancois et à quelques mètres d’une très belle plage. Villa avec air conditionné (non négligeable pour dormir) et toutes les facilités. Le point à améliorer est la propreté générale de la villa alors que le nettoyage est compris dans le prix totale. Pour le reste, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cette villa idealement situé face à la mer est très agréable ,bien équipée et très bien agencé . Toutes la famille a été conquis de pouvoir ce lever le matin est de faire 10 pas pour aller sur la plage . Je la conseille sans hésitation!! on reviendra merci a Philippe pour son accueil .

bravo !!! Un grand merci au propriétaire, qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La maison est très spacieuse, rien ne manque au niveau du confort, que se soit pour les chambres avec climatisation, la cuisine et sa vaisselle, le salon très bien équipé. L’extérieur est vaste et la plage se trouve en face de la maison. Tout pour plaire aux petits comme aux grands. MERCI ENCORE
