About this property

Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/5-bathroom villa at Solterra resort. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can enjoy the grill for $50 during your stay and you can request to have The Pool/ hot tub heating , available for $70 every five days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . Many of our homes such as this one come with a complimentary grill that is available for use. Many of our homes are pet friendly, but this one is NOT PET FRENDLY. , A pet fee of $500 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule. If you need additional information on rules and regulations from the HOA at Windsor Island Resort such as parking, vehicle sizes or areas in development, do not hesitate to contact us.

Great house ! Only thing , Trash never would get picked up I would call and it would still just sit outside made the front smell bad. People before us left trash and upstairs . no clear instructions on the stay from our host.

Great day few issues

Awesome location, spacious house, loved the pool (Very cold so I do suggest paying for the heating) and great community area! If your using the community pool make sure to go early or you'll have no where to sit. Only real issue was every time you left the guards required every person in the car provide photo ID, the guest passes management originally provided the guards wouldn't use. Overall though a wonderful stay!

Great Family Trip

The house was clean and very comfortable and the location was great. The check in process was long and frustrating but once we were through the gates, everything was great. Communication with the host was fast and everyone was very helpful.

Good house

No issues, security is tight in neighborhood. Both good and bad depending on how quickly you want to get in.

Not as clean

Checking in was easy, house needed to be thoroughly clean, carpets were filthy, there were ants on first and second floor, even on top of bed! Trash was not picked up daily, I paid to use the grill upon check in and was not able to due to the propane missing, had to call manitenance and wait until the next day to be able to use the grill.
