The internal timber staircase leads to the expansive living area which boasts polished timber floors, air-conditioning and beautiful ocean & harbour views.

Timber bi-fold doors open on to the magnificent ocean view balcony which overlooks the islands and Rosslyn Bay Harbour. A perfect spot to enjoy your meals and an afternoon drink.

Large, open plan kitchen features stone bench tops, large fridge with plumbed-in water & ice, microwave and half drawer dishwasher.

Undercover, tiled entertaining area at the rear of the home with BBQ and 8 seat outdoor dining setting.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and open out on to the balcony with fabulous ocean views for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a second bathroom and laundry with washing machine.

Nearby is the Capricorn Tavern to enjoy a meal and a drink. Cedar Park Shopping Centre is also only a short distance away with a supermarket, fish & chip shop, butchers, bottleshop, bakery & chemist.

Rosslyn Bay Harbour is just 5km away for a trip to Great Keppel Island.

All linen is provided except for beach towels. Please bring your own toiletries.

Great location and views, we enjoyed the family feel and most of the facilities, but the showers were problematic (one shower head was at shoulder height, the other ran out the door) and there were also problems with the wifi and lighting while we were there. Hopefully those get resolved.

Not worth the money paid.

House was okay! microwave didn’t work in the spot it’s located in, we had to lift it out and sit it on the island bench to heat things up. Oven also doesn’t work and for the amount of time we stayed it was a bit of an inconvenience. Was a bit difficult and awkward to shower in the ensuite shower with the extremely low shower rose water runs out the door every time you shower. Realestate showed up and just walked in the morning after we lost power a phone call or email on arrival would have been more polite or just a knock on the door. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending this property after our stay.

We are disappointed to receive this review. You told us that you got the oven working and it was no longer an issue. We also told you that we would be attending in the morning and your child let our representative into the house. The issue with the microwave powerpoint has since been fixed.
