The second living area is surrounded by light with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the peaceful garden. And upstairs there is an additional living/rumpus room perfect for a kid’s hangout.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped complete with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and an induction cooktop perfect for cooking up a storm.

With split system heating and cooling, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the addition of a beautiful open fireplace you will relax in comfort year-round.
