We needed a place to stay while our grandson was staying at Children’s hospital. The location was just minutes away and perfect for us. House was perfect size. We loved the kitchen and enjoyed feeling at home after long days at the hospital. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable but dirty
When I checked in, I walked into a rental that hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenant left. Dirty bedding in a pile on the bed, piles of dirty towels....Clearly nothing had been done. I called the local contact and they told me they would come in that evening and clean it. I actually stayed with a friend that night and didn't go back until the next day because I was so uncomfortable with the state of the unit when I entered. When I returned the next day, the bedding was changed and the unit had been "straightened" but it was not clean at all. The floor had not been mopped, there was food dripped down the front of the kitchen cabinets, food on the back splash, dirty bathroom mirror, toilet, and sink. I called the local host again and she offered to come in and clean again but I passed on that offer, not trusting that it would actually be done in a way that would be acceptable. I ended up spending the day cleaning it myself and requested a refund on the cleaning fee. I was told it would be sent to me via Venmo but I have yet to receive it. The property itself is nice and comfortable. Lots of things provided - toys and books and lots of cooking and pantry supplies. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is relatively quiet at night; but it is in a commercial area and there is a lot of heavy machinery/truck noises beginning early in the morning. As an early riser, that didn't bother me all that much; but if you are looking to sleep in, it might be a struggle
This unit is a nicely furnished apartment. It is in the warehouse part of Northside. It had excellent equipment in the kitchen, comfortable bed and couch. Just a great stay.

We’re glad you found the property comfortable and well-stocked and enjoyed the comfortable bed and quieter evenings. We’re sincerely sorry the home was not properly prepared for your arrival. We’ve addressed the turnover process to help ensure the property is fully cleaned and ready before future check-ins. We appreciate your honest feedback.
