🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be sent automatically at 3 PM on the arrival day once signed. ✍️
🚨 Strict Cancellation Policy: TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred). There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. Such a great stay! This place and the location are absolutely perfect. Very nice and quiet too. Very clean and well appointed amenities. Debra, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and helped us with check in and departure. This is an ideal location if you are coming as a family or with a group of adults. We will stay here again and again!
