Step further into the home to the pristinely designed kitchen, with a breakfast bar that comfortably seats four coffee drinkers each vacation morning. Past the kitchen is the large dining room, with windows pouring in natural light, the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with all vacation goers.



A jawsome highlight of this home is the game room, located on the ground floor. This room features a Pac-Man game machine and a foosball table, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Just beware of the shark popping through the coffee table!

When the sunshine calls, head to the rooftop deck and soak in the rays. Wander down the stairs to the elevated deck, complete with outdoor dining, or walk down to the stunning patio anchored by a stone fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The house was amazing (its even better than the pictures), the location was perfect (close to everything - just a short car/bike ride away, but far enough), the yard was great (we had two doggy visitors), plenty of space for guests, the driveway was able to fit a couple more cars than mentioned on the website (which was very helpful), and there is nothing like the outdoor shower!

Large open dinning room that is loaded with windows looking out onto the back deck and large yard. Wonderful large gathering areas to play games, watch a movie, eat or just hang out after a day at the beach. Kitchen is easy to work in. Fire pit was a hit every night. Perfect spot for my family of 7!

This property was perfect for my family of 7 adults! It is spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, beautiful yard with lovely landscaping. My only complaint is the small from the garage. Seems to me a dehumidifier in there would be quite helpful. The smell permeated into the first floor bedroom and living area down there. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Family Vacation

My wife and I with our daughter her husband and our two grandchildren. Also our two golden doodles. Had a very nice stay. But I Was very upset to come home one day to a guy spreading pesticides on lawn. Lawn was shut down from use for 24 hours. Very annoyed at this as we paid a lot of money for this home and expected to have the use of outside. The overall stay was great but for one day it was beyond annoying.

Amazing Thanksgiving on the Cape

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The listing was accurate but the house is so much better in person !! The teens had an amazing time in the game room and sitting by the fire pit and the adults loved the living room and huge TV! The kitchen was so well stocked ! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and I wasn’t sure if there would be enough large pots so I brought some of my own things but didn’t need them at all!!! What a great kitchen to cook in !! My mother in law and husband had spent many Thanksgivings on the Cape at the grandparents house and they were so happy to be able to do it again, throwing the football in the backyard to walking on the beach , a quick 5 min drive away !! And we loved we could bring our dog! Just be aware that the neighbors to the right of the house have a young black lab who likes to run into the yard ! My dog is not keen on other dogs so we had to keep an extra close eye out for her !!! Highly recommend this amazing place ! Oh and you can walk to Dunkin !!! Always great for me !
