Guest access
**IMPORTANT**
Please note that the resort charges $20 + tax per access gate card, non-refundable, credit card ONLY. Each vehicle will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.

ONLINE ORDERS:
USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx will be able to deliver to your home.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES:

PARKING:
You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway
Please be aware there is no street parking, To avoid possible towing please park in your driveway without blocking the sidewalk or on the grass.
This is a matter of public safety and City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
POOL MAINTENANCE:
The pool is cleaned during the week, someone will come out during the day to treat the pool with chlorine, levels may be high, so we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before using the pool again.
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 50F or under. This is an extra service and may not be available at times.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

Guest Verification Process
For the safety of our guests and properties, we require identity verification for all reservations. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from our trusted partner, Truvi, to complete a quick verification process.
This includes:
• Uploading a valid government-issued ID
• Taking a short selfie for identity matching
The process only takes a few minutes and must be completed prior to check-in. All information is encrypted and securely handled by Truvi.
Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
