Although the backyard is fully fenced, there is an unfenced river that runs along the driveway of the property. Adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
