Poolside Paradise on Osoyoos Lake

Luxurious and unique opportunity to experience Osoyoos in this townhouse situated in a popular, quiet, gated beachfront community. This beautiful property boasts stunning gardens, a private beach, and a private pool and hot tub area. Walking distance to shopping, coffee/tea shops, bakeries, restaurants/bars, and wineries, while any other amenities required, including multiple golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts are all within a short drive.

The Space
As you enter the unit, you are greeted with a relaxing and tastefully furnished open concept family room/kitchen/dining area, with direct access to your private deck area and the community gardens. This unique 1500 sq. Ft, floor plan has a main floor master suite and is stocked with everything required to have a relaxing and memorable lake experience.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are two private bedrooms. The master is on the main floor, with a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and 55” TV. The second floor hosts the second bedroom, closet and private bathroom. Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and the couch pulls out to a queen size bed, if required.

Kitchen: The open concept kitchen, has a sit up bar, a separate dining area for 6 and all the essentials to cook for a group of up to 6.

Outdoor Entertainment Space: There are two separate patio areas. The main floor patio off of the kitchen and dining room is just steps from the beach, pool and hot tub. It is perfect for private time, grilling and outdoor dining with the BBQ. There are lounge chairs available and dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is also a private master bedroom balcony with vineyard and mountains views. It is great for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Entertainment: High-speed wifi is provided. There is a 65” TV in the main living area with lots of comfortable seating for unwinding at the end of a sun-filled day. A full cable TV package, HDMI cord and a multitude of board games are available for your down time.

Pool & Hot tub: No glass allowed. Lounge chairs available. Pool specific rules are posted at the pool and must be abided by.

Private Beach : Beach Chairs and umbrellas available.

Please note that the building complex is gated with fob controlled entrance and a key is required to exit and enter the community gates. This same key allows you to enter the locked pool area.

House Rules:
No smoking any where in or on the property. Strata Bylaw. This include cigarettes, vapes and marijuana.
Please go to the street to smoke.
No parties or events.
No pets.
Quiet time in the complex is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am
Standard Check-in time is 4PM - 7PM.
Late Check-in time available and may be subject to a $50 late check-in fee.
Check out by 11AM.
Must abide by all strata rules and regulations which are posted in your welcome package.

Drinking Policy
Alcohol is permitted in the suite, and private patios only.

Smoking Policy
This is strictly a non-smoking unit and strata complex. If smoking within the suite is detected the security deposit will not be returned and any damages due to smoking, deemed solely the responsibility of the contracted renter.

Pet Policy
No pets allowed.

Parking
There is one smaller space available int he garage and a second directly in front of the garage. There is abundance of street parking. You cannot park in the designated guest parking inside the gates.

This is a little piece of paradise and will allow you to escape fort he duration of your time here. Osoyoos is the only true desert climate in all of Canada and as such, creates a unique experience both in temperatures and surroundings. This townhome is right in the heart of wine and golf country and with a multitude of fresh vegetable and fruit stands for your enjoyment you simply can't for wrong here!

Guest access
This is a gated complex and as such you will need a fob and or keys to enter and exit the community. Access to the gated community will be arranged with Pam on your first day. The townhouse is equipped with a coded door lock and upon confirming your booking, this code will be forwarded to you for use for the duration of your stay. A key will be provided for the back deck door as well.
