A spacious three bedroom beachside penthouse located in the golden triangle of North Bondi, just minutes to Bondi Beach. Offering stylish interiors and an effortless indoor outdoor space filled with natural light and a glimpse of the coastline.

Non-shedding dogs are allowed upon approval.

A spacious three-bedroom split-level penthouse apartment located in the golden triangle of North Bondi, just minutes to Bondi Beach.

Offering stylish interiors and an effortless indoor outdoor space filled with natural light, this is an ideal home to enjoy the beachside Bondi lifestyle and all that the area has to offer.

Keep an eye on the waves with your very own views from the entertainer’s terrace.

This light-filled apartment is located in a secured building, just footsteps to North Bondi’s village shops, buses and popular cafes.

One parking space is available. A second parking space can be made available on request for $50 per night.

If you choose to bring a small dog, there will be an additional fee of $100 added to your booking. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in the home; please keep them off the furniture. Please bring your own bedding for your dog. Non-shedding small dogs only upon approval.

Guests have uninterrupted access to the entire home.

The first level of this home is wheelchair accessible comprising of one bedroom with ensuite (large elevator and wheelchair lift are available for use in the building). The second floor of the apartment is accessible via stairs only.

* the x2 single beds can be made into King bed for a fee of $30
* Travel-cot and high chairs are available for hire at $30 each.

** Please be advised that construction is currently underway on the street over (Ramsgate Avenue). Construction hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be no construction activities on Sundays or public holidays.
At this point in time, we are unaware of the duration of which these works will take place for, however have commenced August 2026.

Perfect for a Bondi Stay

Great location for walking down to Bondi Beach and the many shops and restaurants. A well appointed kitchen for making family meals. We had a blast! My only complaint is that the property manager didn’t stay in contact with me so as we were at the airport I still had not received information on accessing the property. I called VRBO customer service who were very helpful but he couldn’t find info on it either. Not what you want to hear when you’re boarding a 14 hour flight. Besides that (and a Fob that stopped working but there were 2) it was pretty seamless.
