Great property and good location. A lot of work being done very early in the morning so could not sleep past 8am. Also kitchen supplies and tools could be more plentiful like only one set of tongs and one usable spatula or a new frying pan but nothing was a major problem. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Place was kept spotless.

Hi Carrie, I am sorry the palm tree trimming was loud for your stay. The Association's scheduled maintenance for the palms is always in the slower fall season, usually late September. When you go to book next year you can always inquire with the office about any scheduled fall maintenance. Also for the future if you ever need any additional kitchen supplies, we are happy to provide them to you as we carry that inventory in our on site office. I have made a note for condo 1107 and will send over an extra spatula, tongs and frying pan to the condo. We're so glad your condo was spotless and the staff was helpful during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back! -Natalie D. Rental Manager

Labor Day Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family reunion Labor Day Weekend. Our location was perfect because we were close to the pool. The home was clean and had been updated recently. It was furnished would be helpful if the owners would leave extra bath towels, kitchen towels, extra hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and a few rolls of toilet paper. You don't always travel with those things for just a weekend. They have an excellent staff.

Great place for a family spring break!

My mom and 2 daughters visited from Hilton Head and Charleston and had an amazing time. The condo was exactly as described. We loved that the condo was on the first floor adjacent to the pool and walkway to the beach making it extremely convenient to come and go. We will definitely be booking this property again. Thank you for a great vacation!

Love the family atmosphere!!

We loved staying at Colony Reef! The pool was big enough for everyone, the beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk, and the courtyard they have in the middle is perfect for kids to run around and play. The house was equipped with everything you could need. If you want some extra essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or detergents you might want to buy some but other than that they had everything you could need. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the property but they were VERY nice when the issue was brought up and super helpful to resolve this. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to travel to St. Augustine.

Went out of their way to help us. Wish we could have finished our stay as it is one of our favorite places. We will be back, and I hope it is very soon! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's the only place I've ever stayed that didn't make me miss my own bed. I just wish the unit had a patio fan and a living room fan. It's too hot to sit on the patio and relax. Still, looking forward to next time!

Fun time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo 1107 was clean and comfortable. The king bed was very firm, which we liked. We liked that it was steps from the pool. The carpet and blinds probably need to be replaced soon, but were fine for the little time we spent inside. The food truck schedule was disappointingly unreliable, but that was the only real inconvenience. Movie on the lawn was fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our week there. I’ve already booked it again for next year. The only complaint I have is we were missing a few must have kitchen items. We didn’t have oven mitts, a colander or a blender. Other than that it was perfect and I can’t wait to stay again!

Nice Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean and a nice layout for the 5 of us. It is for Families, there were a lot of Kids there in June. The Beach is very close and the pool is just a few steps away. Our 3 teens had a great time. We did not have any issues while we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for a cheese grater, luckily I brought one with me and we used it every day. The Beds were really hard, it gave me a backache. The Master bed was like a board. My suggestion would be to put a 3 inch dense mattress topper on the beds.
