Excellent location on Palm Beach Shores / Singer Island Beach near shopping and dining options of Palm Beach Shores. The property features ocean front access, 3 pools and a luxurious hot tub. Enjoy poolside dining, tiki bar, on-site bbq grills, and a range of activities from volleyball, to tennis and kids activities in the activity center.
The Cobia/Pompano pool deck and pool will be closed for refurbishment from Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
From Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
This spacious one bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), spacious master featuring a king bed and a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in room safe, hair dryer and iron with ironing board.
Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.
The Sailfish pool deck and pool will be renovated from Jan. 1 through Feb. 28, 2026 and the Kingfish pool deck and pool will be closed from Sep. 10 through Oct. 31, 2026.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
