Other than an arrival misscommunication, stay here was excellent. Plenty of room for our big family. Only drawback is the location such that entry by vehicle is very restricted.

Great location

A fabulous property for our family. It has everything you need. A great location to the city, Hornby shops, Riccarton mall and dress smart. Great contact by the owners. It is close to a main road however it is easy to get in and out when you understand the road.

Great property

Great property with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lots of storage.Good kitchen and dining with nice outdoor table. Room for 4 to 5 cars in off street parking. Very private site, but a bit tricky to get to since it's on a busy street with no right turn into driveway, so we had to go past and turn around. Good communication with host.

Spacious House

Overall, we appreciated what the house offered with plenty of rooms and a large dining table and adequate kitchen. The house was difficult to access from the street and is located at the corner of a busy intersection. That also made for a lot of traffic noise when sleeping on that side of the house. In addition, I would suggest having extra towels but we did a load of laundry to get us by and that worked. The host was very communicative and checked in frequently, which was appreciated.

Homely

Top marks for 5 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They made everything worthwhile. Being right on an intersection was a little tricky at times, and big trucks passing sometimes made the house tremble. The fish tank was an odd choice. Made me feel a bit anxious about how to look after it, especially when one of the fish died and proceeded to get eaten by the others. The pillows were all super thick, we all struggled, and a friend dropped us around some thinner ones the next day. Other options provided would have been nice. Its close to town so very handy to everything. Could use a few updates, but overall, homely and well presented.Communication with the owner was good.
