Newly built in 2017 it still feels like a new building
6 minutes walk to the front gate of Niigata University Ikarashi Campus
Since it is in a student town there are convenience stores Izakayas 100 yen stores supermarkets karaoke yakiniku restaurants and ramen restaurants within walking distance
The owner will meet facetoface at checkin checkout / You can reserve the entire first floor
The bedroom is a semiprivate room with a single bed It is separated by a wall and a curtain and has a structure that keeps the privacy of each person
The living kitchen is 207 tatami mats You can enjoy the fields the sea and the sky from the windows
There is also a piano so you can have a small concert with your friends You can play until 2000
A hot pot party a birthday party etc with your friends Lights out at 2400
