Queenslander home, ocean views, large deck.

You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic old Queenslander with private entrances.
It's about 100 years old and has been in my family for more than half of that. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it.
It's light and airy with antique furniture. The king bed has a very comfy sleeping duck mattress. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers.
All cotton sheets and towels.
The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
The beaches from Rainbow Bay and Snapper Rocks around to Coolangatta and Kirra and among the best in Australia. They face north and have world class surf, swimming and are just a walk away.

Other fun things to do ..
- boat hire on Tweed River
- learn to surf
- hire all sorts of electric bikes etc in Coolangatta
- sky dive
- scuba (get your licence in 3 half days)
- feed rainbow lorikeets and see wildlife at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary
(feeding birds is free 8am and 4pm - kids and big kids love it)
- hire bikes and ride to Elephant Rock and then lunch at the Currumbin Surf
Club
- Great cafes and resturants are Cafe Kirra, and Cafe DBar on Point Danger, and don't miss a drink and or dinner at the Rainbow Bay Surf Club for sunset.
- Tugan Currumibin Surf Club
- fine food and drinks .. Siblings at Kirra and Tropic Restaurant at Burleigh Pavillion, Burleigh Heads are my favourites.
Best to book any of these especially at busy times.
However, the beaches will always be my pick.

Fantastic stay near the beach! Stuart has been super kind and flexible with us and we really feel at home. The house is even prettier than the photos in the ad. Definitely recommended, and we will be back!!

Stuart's home was absolutely beautiful and in such a good location. The deck and view was a definite highlight and a great place for an afternoon cheese platter and wine. We stayed with a group of 6 and it was plenty enough space for all of us. We were also able to park in the very long driveway which was very helpful as the street parking is limited. Highly recommend this home!
