We enjoyed our visit! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The ping pong table provided friendly competition too! We paid a fee two days in a row to enjoy the pool and lake because there was so much to do. Highly recommend!
Great place but we had a wedding to attend and it turned out to be some distance away

The cabin was good. It was peaceful for the most part. We had a few problems like the front door would not unlock. The deck door was hard to lock. The tub and shower had black stuff in it.

Room temperature very cold and could not adjust, furniture paced on vents in master, not enough blankets and/or quilts, the sheets had an odor to them causing us to place coats/t-shirt's over pillow id sleep, lighting was poor on the inside, dust balls in corners, primary closet disarray with b a broken chair, mismatched linens, ect, mold in mater shower, Fely very old. Would not recommend this as a rental.
Great place in the woods to stay with family. Wonderful area to hike and plenty of things to do. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to get away for a few days or for a few weeks.

A nice place that grows on you from the time you arrive.
Nicely furnished, very clean cabin in a beautiful resort.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cabin was a perfect getaway for our annual sister trip. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and had a beautiful mountain view. We really enjoyed the large screened in porch which was fully furnished as well. The game room on the first floor and the upstairs loft were added pluses. They would be great for families with kids.
Everything was good.
Extra amenities, condiments, fluffy towels, comfortable bedding, multiple living areas. Nice!
Close to the main entrance. Security personnel were very kind.
The whole weekend earns 5 stars and gets an A+++ rating. The house is clean, comfortable, with plenty of room and everything you need for a perfect getaway. Beautifully situated on a rise not far from the main entrance to Big Canoe. The owner and manager were both very responsive, helpful and flexible. We are so happy we chose this property and look forward to staying again in future!
My two friends and I were very impressed with how clean and orderly and how well stocked this home is. There is nothing that I can think of that could be needed for staying here that was not provided. Communication with the homeowner was good and it was an easy drive to arrive at this home within Big Canoe. We are already discussing a potential return to this home just to get to enjoy it all over again!
We paid a small fee per person and had an incredible day on the lake at Big Csnoe. A effect family weekend. The boys loved the lost and game room. The csnin was even larger than we expected. Though other houses were nearby It had the feeling of complete seclusion. A great family stay especially if you plan an outdoor weekend at Big Canoe. Host was excellent with communication.
The house was very cozy. Nicely decorated. Very very clean. Kitchen is large and very well equipped. The mattress in master was like sleeping on a cloud. Large windows with nice views of the trees. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the wood is supplied. Communication with the owner was a breeze, they even sent a coat back to us that was left there. I definitely recommend this house.

Cozy cabin in the woods
Six adults stayed for a week. It was very relaxing. There was very little road noise. We enjoyed the woods from the screened-in porch and watched the deer munch the acorns that had fallen. The check-in and check-out procedures were laid out in easy to follow step-by-step directions.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness upon checking in. The bagged garbage from the previous guests was still in the garbage can. Under the beds and couches had not been cleaned. There was an opened condom under one of the beds. There were spider webs stretching from the furniture to the walls and dead millipedes on the basement floor. It appeared as though nothing had been swept, vacuumed or mopped. We reached out to the property manager but didn't leave a message since we had cleaned everything up. We were concerned if the bedding had been changed.
Needless to say, it was easy for us to leave the property in better shape than we found it. Except for that, the stay was very enjoyable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Also, all bathrooms had toilet paper - VERY IMPORTANT.
