Peaceful stay

Beautiful location in a quiet area. The host was very accommodating, and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The cottage was clean and very lovely. Having a pool and spa was such a nice touch. From Kayaking, to many conveniences nearby, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again.

Déception au chalet « de la quiétude »

Nous avons récemment séjourné au chalet « de la quiétude », et notre expérience a été loin de correspondre à nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à plusieurs problèmes qui ont terni notre séjour.Tout d'abord, l'hôte s'est montré peu réactif à nos préoccupations. Nous avons signalé un inconfort dû à des articles manquants, et au lieu de venir nous aider, il a jugé bon de nous demander d'aller récupérer nous-mêmes ces items dans un autre de ses chalets à proximité, qui était également loué. Cette demande nous a paru inacceptable, surtout dans une situation où nous espérions profiter de notre séjour sans tracas.De plus, la propreté du chalet laissait à désirer. Le fond des toilettes était jaune, la piscine était remplie de débris, et le sauna avait l’eau brouillée. Ces détails, qui devraient être prioritaires pour assurer le confort des locataires, n'ont visiblement pas été pris en compte.Heureusement, nous avons pu compter sur la gentillesse des autres locataires, qui nous ont prêté leurs équipements nautiques et leur bonbonne de propane. Ce geste a apporté un peu de réconfort à notre séjour, mais cela ne compense pas les manquements de l'hôte et l'état général du chalet.En résumé, notre expérience au chalet « de la quiétude » a été décevante et loin de la tranquillité promise. Nous espérons que l'hôte prendra en compte ces retours pour améliorer ses services à l'avenir.
