Severn Station Family Cottage is a newly renovated ** WATER ACCESS** cottage located on one of the greatest spots on the Trent Severn Waterway. Weekly rental (Sun-Sun)

The cottage offers amazing comfort and fun amenities to make your vacation memorable. There is a great outdoor fire pit, a screened in gazebo for early morning coffees, and plenty of custom games available to play.
The dock offers parking for 3 boats, and there is 8-10 feet of water directly off the docks edge for swimming.


Located only 2 hours north of Toronto, the Trent Severn Waterway is one of the most desired waterfront locations in Ontario. The river is excellent for swimming, boating, skiing, tubing and relaxing dockside.
Fishing is incredible with many species available from large and small mouth bass, northern pike, walleye, yellow perch, and more!

The cottage is newly renovated, and has been designed to offer a modern appearance in the heart of Muskoka! The kitchen and coffee station/bar have all the appliances and tools required to make your stay easy going.

No wifi or Satellite TV.
TV with DVD player and many movies to watch. Gaming system for kids to play included!

All bedrooms have brand new furniture and brand new mattresses to ensure your sleeps are comfortable and relaxing. The couch in the living room folds down into a comfortable bed as-well for additional sleeping.

Enjoy your favourite s’mores fireside with the fire pit located directly out the back door.

There is a water cooler in the kitchen for drinking water. Spare water jugs will also be provided.

A kayak and canoe (life jackets & paddles) will be included in your stay to venture around the bay and explore.

There is a propane BBQ also onsite for outdoor cooking with a spare tank included under the BBQ.

This is a WATER/BOAT ACCESS cottage, so FREE parking is available at municipal lots in Severn Falls and at Big Chute. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat to access the cottage and use for recreational fun. There are 3 local boat launches available. Water taxi and paid parking is available through Tamarack Marina (pre booking required).

The CP rail line is located directly behind the cottage about 100 feet away. The train will run anywhere between 0-4 times a day. They last for about 5 min and are a great feature of the property. Please stay well away from the rail line while the train in moving.
