Meredith was by far, the most outstanding host we have encountered. She was quick to respond, eager to please, thoughtful, honest and kept a clean inviting historic home. I would highly recommend. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 on accuracy of listing, is that there was no mention of the split level design of the home, a minor omission.

Meredith is such a great host. She was very accommodating when we had unexpected travel challenges. Her home is so tastefully and artfully decorated while still being very cozy. Everything you need is there and more! Once you arrive you won’t want to leave. The location is close to grocery stores and even the Saturday morning farmers’ market. After being on a weeklong road trip it was so comforting to just cook our meals there and hang out.

It's a fantastic property, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, large living/dining space, cozy kitchen. The yard is the highlight, multiple spots to sit and relax and appreciate the beauty of the valley below. For us it was a perfect spot to start our adventures in Taos and the surrounding areas.

The home is as described with a rich history. It was close to town, but quiet, with plenty of room for a family. Meredith was very responsive to our questions, and provided everything we needed to eat at home, and suggestions for local places to eat. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable historic and authentic adobe

We had a very quiet and restful stay here after holiday mayhem while my daughter studied at her University‘s remote campus just down the road. The view is wonderful and the house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful spot in Taos

Our adult kids joined us for a short, adventurous stay in Taos. It was so nice to spend relaxing evenings in this historic adobe after busy days of hiking and rafting. It was nice to be so close to the center of town with the advantage of quiet remove and great views.

Wonderful, historic house. We spent 9 days and nights at the property. It was fantastic. We have been to Taos many times and hope that we can return, again. If so, I really, really hope that the house is available.

The house and property were lovely! If you want to stay a bit out of town, this is a great location with beautiful views of the mountains. It was extremely well-equipped, comfortable, and very homey. Very clean and well taken care of. Super comfortable beds and high-quality linens. Very, very quiet. Loved it and highly recommend!

An Artistic Escape

What a beautiful property! This home is full of personal, artistic touches that really made it feel like our home away from home. The location is also very convenient to multiple grocery stores, Taos Plaza, and other local sights. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Lovely stay in Ranchos De Taos

A beautiful home and wonderful visit for our family. The house is very visitor friendly. We appreciated the house being so well stocked, instructions for appliances and such being so clear, and the insightful info provided on both the area and the history of the house itself. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for our needs.

Unique house and property. We really enjoyed the property as t had an outdoor fire pit (gas), plenty of sitting areas with views. Plus the main room had a nice view with comfortable sitting. All in all we would stay here again should we return to the Taos area.

Wonderful historic adobe

Best ever stay of anywhere! We stayed on the 1st floor and let the kids have the master and other bedrooms because of the stairs involved. They thought they’d died and gone to heaven!

Amazing trip with the girls

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and welcoming. There are three rooms two with attached bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen though small is very comfortable to cook in. The dining and living room make hanging out very convenient.we would definitely visit again.
