Great place to base yourself downtown, very quiet and clean with the balcony, washer and dryer being an added bonus. . Pool and sauna on site with friendly residents. Gaining access was an iissue as no email was received with instructions to get the key from the lock box however, the manager was great to deal with as she talked us through it on the phone. Happily stay here again in the future.

Host was very helpful, nice and useful kitchen. The apartment was pretty clean but the furniture could use some updating. Lots of small things seemed to be broken like the toilet paper holder, couch had a big spring out of place, and the kitchen chairs were torn. The bed was also broken but the host said it would be replaced for the next guest.

Location was great it was close to town. Room was clean. Parking available at the wilson carpark behind hotel (different road but stairs at the back lead to hotel). Directions for getting access to the room was reasonably clear. The bed was broken. The show was loose on the wall. Tried to follow steps to contact owner directly but they did not work. It worked for what we needed.

Good for over night travelers.

Unit is tidy, clean and have everything you need. Location is close to all major attractions in Auckland CBD. If you are staying for a few days then this might n be the spot for you due to parking. Ther is no parking at the building but you can get parking around the corner for $30 per night which was a bit of a surprise. Initial access into the unit is a struggle with incorrect codes froom bookabach. Get into contact with the host days befor the time to make sure you have all the correct Access details.
