Amazing History and Fantastic Hosts

Spent a few days staying at the Historic Homestead Home built in 1935 and had a wonderful experience. Perfectly situated for visiting the area. The cabin is extremely well maintained and offers all the comforts you could possibly need. We spent a day learning from Ali about raising and caring for Yaks at Deep Draw Yak Ranch along with chickens, turkeys, miniature horses & donkeys. We even got fresh eggs to enjoy! Kevin & Ali are wonderful hosts.

Amazing Getaway!

This little homestead was the perfect getaway! The modern decor with original fixtures/appliances was so cool and gorgeous!! The beds were so comfy, blankets all around, quiet surroundings, we can’t wait to come back! The only issue we ever had was getting the door to lock on the first try, but have to say you will love your stay here!

This place is clean and cozy !! It is beautiful and quiet and good for relaxing in the rocking chair on the porch . The house is decorated so beautifully and the country music themed bedroom was awesome . Went to Ozone Falls and Mt Roosevelt . We will be back for sure and I recommend this place to everyone!!

Beautiful Homestead

This home was very clean and well described in the advertisement. Beds were very comfortable and the home is in a great location close to Crossville City and Cumberland State Park. I would definitely stay there again.

Adorable Historic cottage

Enjoyed staying in the historic cottage. We even saw a picture of the same cottage in the Cumberland mountain state park museum!! We thought that was really neat!

Absolutely adorable and wonderful little place!! Far enough from everything to feel like an escape yet close enough to not feel like we drove forever to get to places! So comfy and cozy. Truly 10/10 place to stay!

Great place to relax! A very interesting home with lots unique decor. I loved browsing all the books! A quiet neighborhood. The town had lots of choices for good food. I would definitely stay again!

Historic cuteness

This was a really cute place to stay and we enjoyed it even more when we learned more about the history of the building. There is even a possibility that a U.S. President and/or his wife may have stayed here at one time! It was GREAT!

Very nice!

This house was very clean and comfortable. It’s small, but just right for a couple of people. It’s a historic home and has kept its authenticity, and it’s really pretty. The covered porch is a nice area to sit and relax and listen to all the birds singing. We would stay here again.
