This large vacation home with a private pool is IDEAL for larger families and groups looking to visit Orlando in style!

Every bedroom has its own bathroom! Comfortably sleeps 12 guests.

The island kitchen includes everything you could possibly need a bar with stools. Your spacious pool and patio area with a safety screen allows you to enjoy breakfast in the morning outside where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine.

This 6-bedroom home includes two master suites, the first of which is on the lower level. Upstairs you’ll find one more master suite plus four other bedrooms, also featuring en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms include TVs and the home has Wifi. The washer and dryer are located upstairs also.

////BALMORAL RESORT AMENITIES: Please note Balmoral Resort charges an Amenity Use Fee of $35.00 per Adult per day and $25.00 per Child, ages 4 - 12 per day on Friday, Sat. and Sunday. Children Under the age of 3 are always Free. Monday - Thursday, Adults are $25.00 per day and Children 4 - 12 are $15.00 per day. Amenity Use Fees are 1/2 Price Every Day After 4:00 p.m. This is NOT a mandatory fee. Good amount of space

Hello Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The lanai area was great. We liked the Balmoral Bar and the close proximity to Publix and other stores.

Great Space. Can use a little love.

Had a great time staying on the property. Check in was easy with a ton of communication on rules and surrounding amenities. Great for a family that wants to spread out. Furniture and property needs a little love. Couch had some damage and property needs some paint / deep cleaning to address stains / scuffs.

House needs an interior overhaul

First 24 hours there was no internet. Dryer didn’t work but was repaired. Sofa seats are ripped in living room. The twin beds in each room have broken slats and mattress would flip if you sat or laid down and you’d end up on the floor. All mattresses need replacing. Three of the five upstairs showers clogged. Garbage disposal didn’t work and kitchen sink clogs and you need bathroom plunger to clear drain. Although description leads you to believe there is a game room in the house, there is not. Outside pool area has lots of spiders and webs. Needs external pest control ASAP. Pros: each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Customer service was responsive.
